Impact Institute organises CSRD DAY and CSRD Awards
On November 12, 2024, Impact Institute and partners will host the first edition of CSRD DAY and the CSRD Awards. CSRD DAY is a new annual event focused on the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the transition to a sustainable economy.
The sustainability conference offers unique insights on CSRD. With an inspiring plenary program, practical workshops and a ‘CSRD Marketplace’ with stands from business service providers, CSRD DAY is the event for sustainability reporting in the Netherland
The program is structured around the underlying rationale for the introduction of CSRD: the intended transformation to a sustainable economy. Confirmed speakers include Wim Bartels, Volkert Engelsman and Mildred Hofkes. Practical sessions will be filled by the partners with a wide variety of cases and topics.

CSRD Awards
This year there are no “mandatory” CSRD reports yet, but more than ever there is a need for good examples of sustainability reports. Therefore, on CSRD DAY, the CSRD Awards will be presented. During the Awards, ‘early adaptors’ will be rewarded: companies that are already responding to CSRD in an energetic and innovative way with their 2023 report.
The Awards are intended to celebrate best practices and promote knowledge sharing, not as rankings. Participation offers your company recognition for your sustainability and transparency efforts. In doing so, we hope to inspire companies and contribute to corporate sustainability transparency. Join us! You can submit your company for the CSRD Awards 2024 with your report for fiscal year 2023.

De CSRD Awards worden uitgereikt in het bijzijn van Jan Peter Balkenende, voormalig Minister-President. Daarnaast zijn prominente juryleden onder andere Teresa Fogelberg en Dick de Waard over de juryleden) en vooraanstaande supporters zijn: NBA, SRA, Eumedion, VVM – Vereniging van Milieuprofessionals en de CSRD Academy.
The CSRD Awards will be presented in the presence of Jan Peter Balkenende, former Prime Minister. In addition, prominent judges include Teresa Fogelberg and Dick de Waard (more details on the judges) and prominent supporters are: NBA, SRA, Eumedion, VVM – Association of Environmental Professionals and the CSRD Academy.
