Your role
As an experienced consultant you lead projects with impactful organisations to accelerate the economy towards a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable society. While impactful projects bring meaning to your role, they also come with more complexity as they require you to manage stakeholders, explain challenging and new concepts, think creatively and influence decision making. At the same time, you will ensure effective project delivery, budget control and deliver proposals to win the projects we want to do.
You will focus on projects, working with organisations, in the energy, food, materials, banking, and impact investing sectors. You will help them transform by embracing and implementing tools and strategies to measure and manage their impacts, such as renewable energy access, climate change, biodiversity, and human rights in the value chain. You will build expertise in Impact Measurement & Valuation, Sustainability Regulation and True Pricing methods, advising our clients throughout their Impact Journey.
You will take the lead on impact consulting projects, with a focus on project and stakeholder management. You will talk to (potential) clients, develop proposals, guide the sales process, create project plans and oversee the team for seamless project execution. Additionally, you will lead client meetings and presentations, monitor budgets, oversee analyses, and develop recommendations. Beyond project work, you will contribute to sharing knowledge with other teams, product development, and innovation within our work.
