Project Description

Client
Meerlanden is a recycling and public green services company owned by 20 municipalities. About 100 of their employees are people with a distance to the labor market.
The municipalities include Aalsmeer, Bloemendaal, Diemen, Haarlemmerliede & Spaarnwoude, Haarlemmermeer, Heemstede, Hillegom, Lisse, and Noordwijkerhout.
Project description
This project quantified the impact on financial and human capital (well-being) of participation trajectories in the year 2016 and a scenario of new trajectories in 2018. The goal was to inform their clients (municipalities) of the non-financial benefits they provide.
Benefits to the client
Meerlanden were able to obtain a comprehensive analysis of the benefits of their program and its contribution to the community. This was able to be used as information to show the value of their project to their municipal partners to further justify their investment in their efforts.
