We organised three workshops for Alliander on a control model on biodiversity. This also involved employees of Naturalis. In the end, Naturalis produced the final draft of the control model and we provided input on it. The final draft of the control model was tested at the concluding meeting of the biodiversity infrastructure cooperation.
Alliander knows they have a major impact on biodiversity, but have no handles on how to deal with it. The assignment for Impact Institute and Naturalis was to come up with ideas on how to manage biodiversity. The result is a biodiversity steering model.
We got an overview of which parts of Alliander have an impact on biodiversity and how to steer for biodiversity. This model implicitly uses the impact method (input, activity, output).
