In their review, Reinier de Adelhart Toorop, Jude Bernard and Adrian de Groot Ruiz compare 32 different methodologies for true cost accounting (TCA) in the food sector. Their study concludes that further collaboration between frameworks is key to their harmonization. Ultimately this can make results more comparable and facilitate engagement in TCA.
