Senior Consultant – Sustainable Finance
As senior consultant in the Sustainable Finance Consulting team you work with impactful financial institutions to accelerate the transition to a fairer, more inclusive and more sustainable society. You will be part of a growing team that helps financial service organizations, such as banks, asset managers and impact investors, transform by embracing and implementing tools and strategies to measure and manage the impacts of their portfolios. You will work on projects based on Impact Measurement & Valuation and True Pricing methods, and advise our clients throughout their Impact Journey.

You will work on impact consulting projects where you take the lead on project management. You develop project plans and guide and monitor teams in project delivery. You oversee analyses and develop recommendations, present the work to clients, and exercise influence to bring about change. In addition, you work with your colleagues in other sector teams to share knowledge, work on product development, and innovate the way we work.
Your responsibilities
- Contribute to and manage multiple projects that create impact
- Ensure (quantitative) analyses and deliverables are of high quality to make a real difference for organisations and the sector
- Help build long-term collaborations by inspiring, engaging, and being a trusted advisor to clients
- Take ownership of project control: delivering on time, within set budgets, and exceeding client expectations
- Mentor and empower the project team’s junior members
- Lead and/or contribute to innovative and complex propositions
- Contribute to sales engagements and establish relations with new or prospective clients

Your skills and experience
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in consulting or project management in large or complex projects
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to translate data to actionable and clear insights that lead to real impact
- Background in sustainability
- Exposure to the financial sector
- Experience or motivation to coach and train junior team members
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Completed relevant Master’s degree
- Specific experiences can be a plus, such as experience on a specific impact topic (e.g. biodiversity, human rights)
