Junior Office Manager

We are looking for a Junior Office Manager to support our team

A key aim for the coming years is to further professionalize and scale business and the organization. To support our growing and dynamic team in doing so, we are looking for a Junior Office Manager. As Office Manager you will have a diverse and central role in the team and will be the constant factor at our office: you ensure that our organisation’s daily activities run smoothly on a day-to-day basis and make your colleagues happy because you enable them to focus on their own tasks. This involves office and facility management, administrations, secretarial tasks and maintaining good contacts with your colleagues, guests and suppliers. You will be part of the Operations team and report to and assist the Operations Manager in daily tasks and duties.

Your Role

  • Host, including receiving guests
  • Facility management including workspaces and meeting rooms, housing / IT facilities, office supplies
  • Secretariat, including handling the incoming and outgoing mail; answering the telephone;
  • Administrative and organizational tasks for the business and the team;
  • You are always ready to help colleagues as you are a natural at solving problems.

You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business, you can gain experience with many different aspects of office management and you are the constant factor in the office. In short, a versatile and central role within the team and you really contribute, everyone is happy that you are there!

Your profile:

  1. Eagerness to realize a positive impact on the world
  2. An educational background at HBO/Bachelor level in a relevant field
  3. 2-3 years professional experience in a similar role
  4. Helpful, flexible, social and stress-resistant personality
  5. Excellent social, communicative and diplomatic skills
  6. Strong practical problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality, organized and accurate
  7. Fluency in English and Dutch
