For our Impact Education Business, we are looking for a course content creator. The goal of our Impact Education Business is to equip professionals with the right mindset, knowledge and skills to measure, manage and improve the impact that products, companies and investments have on society. We focus on the True Price Standard Methodology (see www.trueprice.org) and the Impact Weighted Accounts Framework, developed in collaboration with amongst others Harvard Business School. Ultimately, we aim to have educated one million certified Impact Professionals by the end of 2030.

Your role
As course content creator, your role is to develop materials for digital and in person Impact Education Programmes. The materials should focus on fundamental and advanced measurement and valuation of social, human, natural and financial impacts. The materials should emphasize impact quantification and valuation, build impact models, collect and analyse impact data and developing business strategies and applications. You can build on our impact measurement methodologies, vision, key publications and cases. And you can collaborate closely with our leading and recognized researcher and advisory teams. You will report to the education lead.
Your responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop education strategies and plans, curricula, lesson plans, scripts for instructors, workbooks, assignments and cases on corporate impact measurement, valuation and various relevant regulations on relevant impact subjects such as climate, biodiversity, poverty and inequality

Create (as output) education strategies and plans, curricula, lesson plans, scripts, learning and examination content (self-paced e-learning) for (aspiring) impact professionals
- Ensure consistent design quality and branding across all material and keep enhancing the learning content library further
- Contribute relevant and useful content to our social media channels, and our Impact Professionals Community
- Engage with students, collect feedback and continuously improve the learning experience
- Collaborate closely with the research team, advisors, instructors and external subject experts
- Support with recruiting and engaging Impact Professionals
- Communicate Impact Institute’s mission to the wider public
- Apply ADDIE and SAM principles in course development
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate for this role identifies as a content-driven person that is academically oriented, ideally with a strong drive to contribute to a better world.

1-3 years of relevant work experience with educational content design tools for learning platforms like Articulate, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite and other multimedia rapid authoring tools
- A specialisation in one or more of the following fields: economics, finance, econometrics, (applied-) mathematics, statistics, accounting, business administration, physics; or research in the field of social sciences;
- Experience in teaching and course development, understanding of how to design a lesson plan
- Excellent English writing skills.
- A completed University or Applied Sciences degree is preferable, for example in the field of adult education, instructional design.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
