Impact Measurement and Valuation Consultant

We are looking for a consultant (senior associate) to strengthen our Impact Measurement and Valuation Consulting with a special focus on Human rights. The Impact Measurement and Valuation Consulting team focus on an inclusive labour market and sustainable value chains thereby mobilising clients to accelerate the transition to a more just society. 

 

Your role  

In this role, you will be part of a team that supports our clients (corporates, SMEs and public sector and non-profit) to transform their organisations by embracing and implementing tools and strategies to measure and manage their impact. You will operate in a new but growing domain, implement the Impact Measurement & Valuation and True Pricing methods, and advise our clients throughout their Impact Journeys focusing on the importance of employment and decent work for all. 

Your challenge is to lead projects and propositions and guide clients through their transformation. Your influencing skills have an impact on the decision-making process of front-running companies. With your personality and interpersonal skills, you build highly motivated teams and long-lasting relations with clients.

Your challenge is to contribute to analyses and strategies, develop data-oriented tools, collect data behind your desk and in the field, produce reports and present your work to the customer. With your personality, analytical mind and interpersonal skills, you will contribute to highly motivated and fun teams. 

 

 

Your responsibilities  

  • Manage multiple projects: delivering projects on time, within set budget and exceeding client expectations  
  • Ensure all deliverables are high quality and submitted on time  
  • Managing relations with clients as well as their stakeholders  
  • Leading innovative propositions and projects 
  • Mentor and empower the project team’s members supporting these projects  
  • Making sure teams are effective, efficient and enjoying themselves  
  • Leading sales engagements and establishing relations with clients 
  • Delivering analyses, data, research, presentations and reports  
  • Delivering your assigned responsibilities on time and at the required level  
  • Effectively and enjoyably working with team members to deliver the joint products  
  • Contributing to the design and sale of new products and projects  
  • Improving and developing innovative methodologies and tools  
  • Troubleshooting where necessary 
  • Building long-term client relationships 

 

Your profile  

  • Strong drive to contribute to a better world and a proven ambition to make the world sustainable 
  • Pro-active, autonomous and results-driven 
  • Intrinsically motivated, ambitious, hard-working and a true team player 
  • Stress-resistant 
  • Master’s degree at working and thinking level 
  • Between 3 – 5  years of relevant work experience in advisory and project management 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, evidenced by a relevant degree or academic achievements (e.g. economics, econometrics, finance, industrial ecology, statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering)and/or professional track record 
  • Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder projects 
  • Work experience in a growth business/ scale-up environment 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills which enables you to interact at all levels, from analyst to board level 
  • Great and fun personality with strong interpersonal and social skills 
  • Fluency in English and preferably also Dutch
